Balanced stay experience
warm welcome clear communication free parking noisy room slow water late check-in
The host, Paul, greeted me warmly and communicated clearly about the accommodation. Everything was super clean and all the information needed to. The location was convenient, and free parking was available (a definite plus).
The room above mine was noisy. It took a long time for the water to get warm in the sink. A late check-in was somewhat inconvenient.

absolute gem of a guesthouse!
free parking warm welcome nice touch
The attention to detail was great! paul gave an excellent welcome. I'll definitely stay again! the free parking was so scottish and the warm welcome. it really is such a nice touch.
The water took a little while to get warm in the sink, just so you know. the late check-in was a bit inconvenient for me. i wasnt in the car, so there was no place to keep my luggage. the room above was quite noisy. You could hear everything!

the location is great with the city center within walking distance! made it super easy to explore and enjoy everything the area offers. there is also free parking, a huge bonus.

the room was cosy, and i even had a hot water bottle! the room had some korean cleansing cloths, really nice. the room was charming, comfortable, and had everything i needed!

just okay, i suppose
street noise weak water pressure
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise most of the night. also, the water pressure in the shower was pretty weak. it took forever to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. It wasn't the most relaxing experience.

The sink water took forever to warm up. I found the late check-in pretty inconvenient. The train station had no luggage lockers and I wasn't driving. The room above was noisy, it seemed.
